The problem with most referral groups and systems is that each member of the group does not know who others are referring. By making this dialogue transparent, members can see what type of referrals are being made, the follow through, and even the outcome.  Members also benefit by being able to search prior referrals for new opportunities and introductions.

Generally as a Tandem Path Mobile Business Network member it is recommended that you post a least one referral a month.  However, those posting more will receive special recognition and endorsements on their member profile.
