Foundation Title, LLC was formed in 2005 by a group of title industry professionals who had a vision to create an agency that provided both expertise and superior service to our clients.

Foundation Title began operations from one office in Mercerville, NJ. As of today, we operate out of 13 New Jersey locations staffed with over 80 employees. Foundation’s workforce has more than tripled in just over two years. We were named one of New Jersey’s fifty fastest growing Companies by NJ BIZ. Along with processing, on average, over 1000 files monthly, Foundation has provided title services to numerous governmental agencies. Foundation Title has locations in the following NJ municipalities: Brigantine, Northfield, Union, Millville, East Brunswick, Englewood, Marlton, Hamilton, Morristown, Northfield, Ocean City, Eatontown, Toms River, Vineland and Woodbury. Foundation also has a location in Philadelphia, PA.
About Ashleigh:
Ashleigh is a licensed Title Producer, who develops and maintains professional relationships with clients’. She is a trained settlement clerk, which enables her clients to rely on her for settlement services as needed. She has 7 years of sales experience and has been with Foundation Title for about 5 years. She was originally hired as Foundation’s Marketing Director and after 9 months she began her career as a sales representative. She currently ranks in the top 3 producers (out of 12 sales reps) in North Jersey for Foundation Title. She was also named the youngest Partner of Foundation Title in January 2010. She distinguishes herself from other title producers by employing marketing techniques to help her clients grow their business.
Ashleigh is a collaboratively trained advisor for the Collaborative Professionals Group, which is a strategic planning group that builds awareness and provides education to other professionals. She does a lot of networking and introduces professionals who develop mutually beneficial working relationships. Ashleigh is a college graduate from Monmouth University where she was an All-American Scholar Athlete. When she is not generating new clients, she is most likely playing tennis or exercising.
